So how does one use Flickr? Think of it as a photo album on your screen. When you click the link at the bottom of this tutorial, you will come to a page that displays various sets of photos:

Click any collection and you will see all its photos:

Click the photo you want then click the "All Sizes" button (the arrow points to it below) to see it in a larger size. By clicking this button once, you will have a photo large enough for printing to a 5x7" print.
