Accessibility Information

The Plaza Theatre features accessible seating for physically challenged patrons; this seating is available on the main floor only. Please contact the Reservation Department to arrange for special needs seating. (760) 327-0225 ext 1.

Accessible restrooms are available at both end of the inner lobby, just before you enter the auditorium. There is no elevator in the Plaza Theatre, and the balcony (2nd level) is accessible only by 18 stairs.

Assistive Listening Devices

Headset devices are available free-of-charge to the hearing impaired. These comfortable headsets amplify all stage sounds. Patrons wishing to obtain one of these devices should be prepared to leave a driver's license or major credit card, which is returned to the user when the headset is returned at the conclusion of the performance. These devices are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are located at the souvenir stand in the theater lobby.

ASL Interpreted Performances

The Follies is pleased to offer ASL interpreted performances on selected dates throughout the performance season. Also, please note that seating locations may vary based upon specific requirements of the show.
