CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that conditions create the distinct possibility of injury; put the health and safety of the cast, crew, or audience at serious risk; and/or power outage or earthquake occurs, then Management may cancel a performance of the Palm Springs Follies. In the event that a performance is cancelled before the completion of the second act, the entire performance shall be deemed to have been cancelled and the provisions of the "Credit for Another Performance Policy" shall then apply. Cancellation at any time after the completion of the second act shall be deemed a completed performance and the provisions of the "Credit for Another Performance Policy" shall not apply.
