Return Policy
- Orders are only shipped within the continental United States.
- Packages sent within the continental United States are sent via either USPS or UPS.
- Each order is subject to a $1.00 handling fee.
- Shipping charges are calculated by the approximate weight of the order. This calculation is derived live on the site and is calculated by the chosen carrier in real-time.
- For all deliveries made to a California address, we automatically add the current California sales tax to the order total. We are required by California law to collect sales tax on both the merchandise and the shipping charges. Neither shipping or handling are calculated for online gift certificate purchases.
Delivery Time
- After we receive orders, they are usually shipped in 1-3 working days.
- Delivery time is subject to the service selected at the time of checkout.
- If you have not received your merchandise within one week of your expected delivery date, please contact us.
