A Message From The Follies Man

Greetings, Darlins',

Riff Markowitz | The Follies Man Last week was quite a week here in 'FolliesLand'. Our famous, first-time guest star John Davidson set more than a few pacemakers a flutter as he embraced (figuratively and literally!) Follies audiences during his Plaza Theatre debut.

John Davidson If anyone wonders, his charm, talent and debonair good looks have only improved with age . . . but this is a truth long acknowledged by those of us belonging to our "secret senior society."

To illustrate this adage, I've included a short video from Mr. Davidson's first few performances. But I do need to issue a warning: If the sight of ladies "of a certain age" swooning over their longtime heartthrob is disturbing to you in any way, then PLEASE DO NOT hit the "Click Here" button below.

Also, may I extend to you a Happy St. Patrick's Day, on this most sacred of holidays. And as my dear Mother tends to recite (repeatedly) this time of year:

May the lilt of lush laughter lighten every load,
May the midst of Irish magic shorten every road.
May you taste the sweetest pleasures that fortune ever bestowed,
And may all your friends remember all the favors you are owed.

Dance as if no one were watching,
Sing as if no one were listening,
And live every day as if it were your last.

May you be in Heaven a half hour before the
Devil knows you're dead!

How To Reserve Your Favorite Seats

The Follies reservations office is open seven days a week and can be reached by calling 760-327-0225 or you can purchase tickets online 24 hours a day and see your exact seat location at the time of booking. The Follies box office, located at the entrance to the historic Plaza Theatre, is also open seven days a week.
